Sampo Bank acts with initiative and enterprise in all its communications activities, and provides customers, the media and all other stakeholders with accurate information, in sufficient quantities, on the company's operations.
The purpose of external communications is to maintain and build open relationships with all the news media. It is Sampo Bank's policy to ensure that communications representatives are always accessible to the media.
The purpose of internal communications is to support the work of all Sampo Bank employees by informing them about matters concerning the Group, the bank and the staff promptly, transparently and actively. The aim is to use internal communications as a means of ensuring an open and direct flow of information between the bank's management and the employees.
Investor communication is the responsibility of the Group's Investor Relations. Company announcements are the responsibility of Group Communications.
