Interest subsidy loans
An interest subsidy loan is a loan granted by a bank to a corporation. Part of the interest will be paid by the Housing Finance and Development Centre direct to the lender. Acceptance of a loan as an interest subsidy loan requires compliance with preconditions set in statutes and decrees.
