Log-in to the new Web Bank the same way as before
- First type in your 8-digit ID number (currently the customer number) and then
- your 4-digit password (currently the ID number).
- You will then be asked for a security code from your security card. Finally, if needed, select the kind of transactions you will be making.
Make use of the new security solution
The first time you log-in to the new Web Bank you will be requested to use the new security solution. As a result, the log-in procedure will take slightly longer than normal.
Confirm payments and transactions using your password
With the new Web Bank you will have to use the security codes on your security card much less than before, as all payments and transactions are approved using your 4-digit password (currently the ID number).
