The service hours for material sent to Link indicates the deadline for when the material must be at Sampo Bank at the latest, so that it can be handled during the same banking day. The service hours for material to be retrieved from Link show the earliest the material can be retrieved from Sampo Bank.

Domestic payments can be sent to Link 60 banking days in advance, and foreign payments 30 calendar days in advance. The bank's due dates register takes care of debiting the payments on the due date.

Sampo Bank eBanking is available 24 hours a day.

If an invoice is paid on the weekend or on a weekday after 6.30 pm to another bank, the entry date shown for the payment is the following banking day. The invoicer's account transactions show that the payment date is the entry date.
