The brand of AIG Europe will change to Chartis from 1 October 2009. Rebranding is a part of the restructuring process of the general insurance operations.
The change has no impact on the insurance contracts nor the substance of cover. Only the outfit of documentation and the name will change.
Chartis Finland customer service will be providing you with necessary claim forms and insurance certificates as before. Insurance terms and conditions as well as claim form is also available in the Sampo Bank homepages.
