With a domestic debit card you can:

pay for purchases in Finland
pay invoices at a PTM
withdraw cash from a current account from an ATM in Finland
check the balance of a current account and account transactions at an ATM in Finland

The new international Debit MasterCard functions similarly to a domestic debit card also abroad. You can make purchases and withdraw cash abroad and the transactions will be debited directly from your current account. You can use the versatile Debit MasterCard to pay for products and services online from merchants who accept MasterCard.
