How do I agree upon  using eBanking?

Use of personal customer´s eBanking does not require a separate agreement. However, you will require bank identifiers.

Sampo Bank's bank identifiers consist of a user ID, password and security card. Bank identifiers provide you with a secure means to authenticate your identity when using our online and telephone services. Bank identifiers serve as your electronic identification document.

The fastest and most convenient way to get them is to visit your nearest Sampo Bank branch office.

As a Sampo Bank customer, you can request your bank identifiers by using the online order form on our web site or by contacting Customer Service on +358 (0)200 2590 (lnc/mnc). Our Customer Service is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Your bank identifiers will be sent to you using an advice of delivery service, to be picked up from your local post office. Please note that you will be required to sign for this item.

If you are not a Sampo Bank customer yet, we would like to warmly welcome you to visit your nearest Sampo Bank branch office! At the same time you will get your bank identifiers with you free of charge.
