A new security card will be sent to you automatically when less than 20 pairs of unused key and security numbers remain on your current security card.
If you would like to receive your new security card earlier, for example when 40 pairs of key and security numbers still remain, you can adjust the delivery limit through the eBanking under Use of eBanking > Settings > Bank identifiers > Change security card settings. Set the limit as required and click Save.
You can also adjust your security card delivery limit by contacting the Sampo Bank Customer Service on +358 (0)200 2590 (lnc/mnc) or the Customer Support on +358 (0)200 2589 Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm.
