Never divulge your bank identifiers to anyone. Even if your user ID and security card are lost or stolen, please bear in mind that no one will be able to access your account without your PIN.
Always keep your bank identifiers in a safe place. Never tell anyone your PIN and never write it down. If you are unable to commit it to memory and need to write it down please make sure it is always stored separately from your user ID and security card.
In the event that any or all of your bank identifiers including your security card are obtained by a third party, you should block your bank identifiers without delay.
