Why am I not able to access  eBanking with my bank identifiers?

If you are asked to verify your user ID and PIN, please ensure first that you have entered your log-on details correctly.

Forgot your user ID?
Your user ID is the same as your 8-digit customer number, which you will have received from the bank earlier. You will find it printed on your bank identifier agreement.

Forgot your password?
Your password is the same 4-digit number as your PIN. If you have forgotten it you will be able to pick up a new one free of charge at your nearest Sampo Bank branch. If you live outside Finland or are unable to visit one of our branches, you can request a new temporary password by using our online order form on our website or by contacting our Customer Service team on +358 (0) 200 2590 (lnc/mnc) Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. A new password will be sent to you using an advice of delivery service, to be picked up from your local post office. Please note that you will be required to sign for this item. A service charge will be debited from your account for this service.

Are you using a valid temporary password?
The temporary password issued to you by the bank will remain valid for a period of 30 days. During this time, you will be required to log on to our eBanking and change it. If the password is not changed within 30 days, it will expire and you will need to collect a new password from your nearest Sampo Bank branch. If you live outside Finland or are unable to visit one of our branches, you can request a new temporary password by using the online order form on our website or by contacting our Customer Service team on +358 (0) 200 2590 (lnc/mnc) Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. A new password will be sent to you using an advice of delivery service, to be picked up from your local post office. Please note that you will be required to sign for this item. Are you using a valid security card?
Check that you are using a valid security card. Your security card number is displayed on the security number page as you log on to the eBanking. If a different number is displayed on your security card, it is possible that you are referring to an old card. To request a new security card conveniently and without incurring a service charge, please visit your nearest Sampo Bank branch. If you live outside Finland or are unable to visit one of our branches, you can request a new security card by using the online order form on our website or by contacting our Customer Service team on +358 (0) 200 2590 (lnc/mnc) Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Tried to log on several times without success?
If you have tried to log on repeatedly and have been unsuccessful, your bank identidiers will be blocked for security reasons. You can obtain new identifiers from your nearest Sampo Bank branch.

A while since you last logged on?
If you have not used your bank identifiers for the past year, they may have been blocked for security reasons. You can obtain new bank identifiers from your nearest Sampo Bank branch.
