If you are not able to log on to eBanking, or you are experiencing a technical problem, or the service is slow, please follow these instruction:
1. Clear your web browser and Java Cache and Sampo Bank’s Certificate.

Clear Java cache and Sampo Bank’s Certificate
Windows, Java Runtime Environment 1.6.0_x Clear Java Cache Macintosh, Apple Java 2. Close all browser windows, re-start the browser and log on to eBanking.
3. Once you have cleared the Sampo Bank certificate, you will be asked to accept the Sampo Bank security solution next time you log on. A Warning - Security pop up will be displayed with the following message: The application’s digital signature has been verified. Do you want to run the application? Please note that the exact wording of the notification may vary depending on the software you are using. Always check that the notification relates to the eBanking security solution and is verified by Sampo Bank. Make sure that the Publisher is displayed as Sampo Pankki Oyj. If you want to log on, click Run to activate the security solution.
If you are unsure of the programmes and versions your computer is running, you can check your computer at
www.sampopankki.fi/checkyourcomputer. Click Show details and recommendations to view details of your computer’s operating system and current browser and Java versions.
If you are unable to log on to eBanking you can access our services, including account information and payments using Sampo Bank mobile banking (available in Finnish) at mobiili.sampopankki.fi.
