Why are the user ID and PIN fields  not displayed on logon page?

The user ID and PIN fields will not display if your computer does not have the correct version of Java installed or you have failed to activate the Sampo Bank eBanking security solution.

If your computer does not have the correct version of Java installed, you can download it at Java´s website www.java.com/en/downloads/java.jsp. Select the correct operating system to proceed with the download.

When you log on to eBanking for the first time you will be asked whether you wish to activate the Sampo Bank security solution. A Warning – Security pop-up window will display with the message ’The application’s digital signature has been verified. Do you want to run the application?’ Please note that the exact wording of the notification may vary depending on the software you are using. Always check that the notification relates to the eBanking security solution and is verified by Sampo Bank. Make sure that the Publisher is displayed as Sampo Pankki Oyj. If you want to log on, click Run to activate the security solution.

If the log-on fields fail to display and the above pop-up window does not appear, despite having re-started your browser, please use the following website to check that your computer is running the correct version of Java: www.sampopankki.fi/checkyourcomputer.
