You can order a replacement for a lost security card/forgotten password if you have a valid agreement on bank identifiers.

We don't recommend to order using P.O. Box or Poste Restante addresses.  

You can choose between the following security card models: 

  • plastic card of credit card size, 
  • paper card with a larger typeface, or
  • paper card in Braille

You will receive a new security card to replace a completely used one by mail. However, do not forget to use all of the numbers on the old security card first.

Ordering bank identifiers to Finland

  • You can order a replacement for a lost security card/forgotten password if you have a valid agreement on bank identifiers.
  • We will send your identifiers as registered mail with advice of receipt to your local post office.
  • You must collect the shipment in person once you have received an arrival note.
  • The orders are subject to a service fee according to the tariff.

You can allways collect new/replacement bank identifiers free of charge from the nearest Sampo Bank branch. You will get them immediately.

Ordering bank identifiers abroad

 

  • You can order a replacement for a lost security card/forgotten password if you have a valid agreement on bank identifiers.  
  • You can choose delivery by mail or DHL courier service.
  • International deliveries are subject to a service fee according to the tariff.
