1. On the log on page (www.sampopankki.fi > Logon), enter your eight-digit user ID in the first input field. You will find this number in your Agreement on bank identifiers.
2. In the next input field, enter your four-digit password that was provided in the password envelope. Click Continue
3. Next you must change your password to a four-digit number that is easy to remember later. However, do not choose a password that is too easy, such as your date of birth or the suffix of your personal identity number. Click Change password.
4. Finally enter the security number corresponding to the key number on the security card and click Continue.
You will always need the security card when logging into eBanking.
