We have updated the eBanking security solution for private and corporate customers.
The new security solution requires that your computer contains the correct version of Java Runtime software and that you are using a sufficiently up to date version of the browser.
In order to use your computer for running our eBanking solution, do the following:
1. Become familiar with technical requirements. Update your computer software, if required.
2. For more information and help in updating, contact Sampo Bank’s eBanking customer support 0200 2589, Monday-Thursday 8 am-8 pm, Friday 8 am-6 pm.

Firewall
- Access to eBanking requires communications through ports 80 (http) and 443 (https).
Browser setting requirements
- Firefox: version 1.5.0.1 or later
- Internet Explorer: version 6.0 or later
- Safari: version 2.0 or later

- miniverkkopankki is a textual version of eBanking. At the moment it is only in Finnish. You can browse account balances/transactions and pay bills. The address is mobiili.sampopankki.fi
